Here is the sequence to upgrade the channel list and settings.

1. press menu
2. goto tools
3. goto software upgrade
4. goto usb-stb upgrade
5. press left directional button (ch list and settings) should appear
6. goto start and press ok
7. when upgrade succeeded message appears press exit

Here is the sequence to upgrade the channel list and settings for the S21.

1. format a USB stick to FAT32
2. download S21 Channel List above and save to USB stick. Insert USB stick to S21
3. press menu
4. goto toolbox(ice cooler icon)
5. press right
6. highlight upgrade by USB
7. press ok
8. go to upgrade mode, change to UserDB and press start
9. confirm FlashBurn, wait until 100% and then the box will automatically reboot

S400 HD Channel List

Here is the sequence to upgrade the channel list and settings for the S400HD.

1. Format a USB stick to FAT32
2. Download S400 Channel List above and save to USB stick. Insert USB stick to S400
3. Press Menu
4. Highlight Spanner and Toolbox icon
5. Press OK
6. Highlight Upgrade by USB
7. Press OK button
8. Press left on your remote until UserDB appears
9. Make sure ChList.abs is in the Upgrade File section
10. Highlight Start, then press OK on the remote.
