One of the Ferrari F1 team's transport vehicles has now been fitted with two of Teleco's auto-tracking satellite antennas. Based on over twenty years' experience, Magic Sat Digital antennas are both high-tech and highly reliable. Specially designed for use on vehicles, reception of satellite TV signals is guaranteed even in areas far away from towns or cities. The control system is operated via a small infrared eye, allowing the receiver to be hidden away inside a cabinet so as to save space in the vehicle interior. Which size dish? The MagicSat system is available in three dish sizes – 50cm, 65cm and 85cm diameter. The size required depends on which geographical areas you wish to view satellite television. Each dish will cover most of central Europe, however the larger dishes also provide coverage if travelling towards Eastern and Southern Europe.
As poor weather conditions can also impair reception we recommend buying the largest dish that fits your budget. Which box is needed? To view satellite television in the UK, a Sky digibox and viewing card is required, just like the ones you may have at home already. The digibox is used to unscramble the digital signals used by broadcasters, and simply plugs in to your television and the MagicSat receiver. Which channels will I get? When connected to the Sky digibox all terrestrial, free-to-air digital and Sky-subscribed channels are available within the UK. To watch BBC1 and BBC2 all that is required is the digibox attached to the MagicSat receiver. Price is inclusive of VAT and Delivery.
